We are the collective voice of the Pennsylvania short-term rental community. We are local residents, property managers, hosts, cleaners, local businesses, restaurants, bars, loyal guests, and more.
We promote being valuable neighbors in our communities. We strongly believe in fair and reasonable regulations of short-term rentals, and we depend on the value that responsible hosting brings to our great city.
Our Mission
The mission of PASTRA (Pennsylvania Short-Term Rental Alliance) is to support and advocate for Pennsylvania’s vibrant short-term rental industry. We operate through advocacy, education, and best practice sharing of information. We expect our members to follow the law; to behave as good neighbors, to act as stewards to our communities and champions of our city; and to welcome all guests regardless of race, sex, color, religion, familial status, sexual orientation, or national origin.
